I want to know how to lose weight fast
So you’re probably itching to know what I’m up to talking about how to lose weight fast. Well, a few days ago I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb a flight of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring, coughing, my skin was hot, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cool water on the back of my neck, and gazed up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I needed to lose weight. Fast.
On some level, I’m starting to feel like I’m turning into my father. He was a ferociously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a devout, family focused outlook on life. But man, he was huge. And lately I’m growing fat too. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I sure would like to keep myself from getting to 300 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been researching how to lose weight really fast. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she is also interested in losing weight, which should definitely make it quite a bit easier to stick to whichever diet program we end up using. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of opinions about how to lose weight out there.
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the diet goes for us. I know weight loss will not be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I’m concerned, so I’ll be trying hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
